Development of compositions of aluminum-based master alloys
– Development of theoretical principles of efficient environmentally safe technological processes for processing of mineral raw materials for non-ferrous metallurgy (including technogeneous deposits and routine industrial wastes) and creation of “flexible” low-tonnage modular plants for manufacturing of highly remunerative products based on rare and rare-earth metals.
– Improvement of the technology for processing of alumina production muds by hydrochemical methods with the use of electrochemical processes in aqueous solutions and salt melts in order to extract the most valuable components of muds in the form of master alloys (Al-Sc), concentrates (alumina lime concnetrate, iron-ore pellets, lanthanoids, rare-earths), pure metal (gallium), coagulants, and pigments of various colors.
– Development of compositions of master-alloys based on aluminum, fusible alloys, and alloys for thermal stabilization of gallium-based OKG devices; elaboration of diffusion-hardening solders for connecting heterogeneous materials.
– Elaboration of technological regulations, specifications, and business plans for separate technology modules.
