The instructions contain the basic requirements to competitors for the candidate degree, the main requirements to the content and design of theses, the procedure to follow before and after preliminary thesis defence, the order of thesis and document presentation to the Scientific Council, as well as the procedure before and after the presentation.

These instructions allow competitors to avoid many typical mistakes when they prepare their theses and are on the way to the academic degree, and simplify the work of scientific advisors and science secretaries of Dissertation councils.
