Dear Colleagues,  A meeting of the Board of young scientists (BYS) of the ISSC UB RAS was held on the 28th of January in the Institute’s assembly hall to elect the Chairman of the BYS in view of expiration of powers of the active Chairman. The following persons have been elected: Aleksei Kurlov – Chairman of the BYS of the ISSC UB RAS Stanislav Sadovnikov – Secretary of the BYS of the ISSC UB RAS Nikolai Khlebnikov – Organization Coordinator Anton Karpov – Sports Coordinator
