Electrochemical machining of articles with complex geometry - Research, experimental, and engineering works have been performed to establish the hydrodynamic conditions for feeding the electrolyte solution to the working area with the use of П-shaped multiple tool electrodes. This configuration of the tool electrodes provides maximum loading of the current source for ЭХФА-1 machine with treatment area of 100 cm2. Machining attachments were made for series production of turbine blades of the 10th stage of ТВ2-117А compressor rotor with productivity 8 blades per hour. Reactor for partial oxidation of methane - A multifunctional laboratory reactor for partial oxidation of methane has been developed which produces from 100 to 150 l of synthesis gas per hour. Its design makes it possible to control temperature in different reactor zones and oxygen activity in gaseous phase, as well as to vary the number and arrangement of membranes. Nanocomposite track membranes - A device has been created for the production of nanocomposite track membranes (NCTM) by plasmochemical methods. The developed technology allows continuous spraying of titanium carbide or nitride on a 50 cm wide NCTM apron. It was established that the sprayed layers cover not only the external membrane surface, but also its intra-pore space. NCTM samples with conducting TiN layer were used for determination of the fractional composition of algae in some water reservoirs of Sverdlovskaya region (in cooperation with IPAE UB RAS).
